Good evening!

First of all, on behalf of the Board for Semper Liberi, I want to thank each of you for the time and passion you poured into our inaugural tournament last year ! We were so blessed that you selected our organization to help raise funds for and we can’t wait for you to eventually see those dollars in action when you have the opportunity to visit the Recovery Village later this summer. 

We are in full swing of organizing our second annual Tournament and our board is taking a more active role this year in planning it, but we would welcome any of your involvement again if you are interested! Our next meeting is this Thursday, June 12th at 3:30 at the conference room at BCT bank in Hedgesville near the Martins grocery store!

Attached is our updated sponsor/player flyer for this year’s event and a letter from Dr. Hartiens as well.

We hope you will be a part of this year’s event, either as a player or volunteer - your help and knowledge of the tournament and location is invaluable to us!  Also, please note on the cover letter attached the Open House later this summer at the Recovery Village - we hope you can join us for that as well!
