Sign-up is only via the WWGA website by 9:00 Monday morning or 5 PM on Sunday when the format is a scramble. If you miss the sign-up deadline, you may still play by signing up via the website and contacting the coordinator.

Coordinators will send out the pairings on Monday after 9:00. Please do not make requests to the Coordinator to play in a special group or time. If you need to play at a certain time, arrange a switch with someone in the time slot you want after the pairings come out.

Check-in with the Pro Shop at least 15 minutes prior to your tee time. No points are given if you don’t check-in at the Pro Shop.

Scorecards must have both the total gross score and total putts to be eligible for game points for all games except scrambles.

Scorecards/Scoresheets need two players’ signatures, both attesting to the accuracy of the scores. No points are given for all players on the scorecard if signatures or scores are missing.

Scorecards/sheets must be in the Tuesday envelope in the bulletin board by the Pro Shop by 1:30 to receive points for that day.

You must have a GHIN handicap to compete in any Net games. Players without a handicap may compete in low putt games.

There must be at least 3 players competing in your group to receive game points.

Handicaps for Tuesday Games only, are as of the 1st and 15th of each month. ​
