Key Reminders

Sign- up is only via the WWGA website by 10 AM
Monday morning or by 5 PM on Sunday when the format is a scramble. If you miss the sign-up deadline, you may still play by calling the Pro Shop and contacting the group coordinator. -
Group coordinators will send out the pairings on
Monday after 10 AM. Please do not make requests to your coordinator to play in a special group or time. If you need to play at a certain time, arrange a switch with someone in the time slot you want after the pairings come out. -
Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your tee time. If you need a cart, take one from the side of the Pro Shop. Then check in with the starter in front of the Pro Shop and receive a scorecard and a towel.

Scorecards must have both the total gross score and total putts to be eligible for game points for all games except scrambles.

Scorecards/Scoresheets need two players’ signatures, both attesting to the accuracy of the scores. No points are given for all players on the scorecard if signatures or scores are missing or if only one player is on a scorecard.

Scorecards must be in the Tuesday envelope in the Pro Shop by 1:30 to receive points for that day.

You must have a GHIN handicap to compete in any Low Net or Net Field Shots games. Players without a handicap may compete in low putt games.

There must be at least 3 players competing in your group to receive game points.

Handicaps for Tuesday Games only, are as of the 1st of each month.
