Becoming a WWGA member is easy. Simply fill out the 2024 Registration Form here and send the check for your dues payable to WWGA to 113 Clubhouse Ridge, Hedgesville, WV. 25427. Alternatively, you may drop your envelope with your Registration Form and check at the Pro Shop (the Pro Shop staff will show you where).

Please do not send cash. Payment via your “Woods Club” charge, Venmo, PayPal or credit card is not available.

 

 

All women with a Woods Golf Membership are eligible for WWGA membership. And Membership does have its privilege's.  You get to make new friends, the ladies in this group are wonderful, and participate in all the sponsored WMGA and WWGA tournaments.

• Dues are $50,  paid by April 1.  All fees for the season must be paid prior to opening day and/or league play. 

• An Opening Day Breakfast, Mid-Season Luncheon and Season End Awards Luncheon are covered by your dues.

• Normal cart fees are charged when you play in WWGA activities.

 

Once you become a Member, if you wish to play in the Weekend Tournaments or play on Tuesdays in the Mountain View 18, Stony Lick 18, Mountain View 9 , or Stony Lick 9 groups, you must have a handicap. If you do not already have a GHIN handicap, please contact the Pro Shop to get established. GHIN charges a fee of $35 which is separate from the WWGA dues.

When your registration and fee has been received and Woods Club golf membership verified, you will be eligible for all WWGA activities. All upcoming activities can be found on the WWGA website.
